Does the Odoo licence price include implementation?
No. The licence is what you pay Odoo to use the software. Implementation is the work of fitting it to how your business runs, and we quote it after the initial consultation.
Standard or Custom plan: which do I need?
Standard covers every app for one company on Odoo Online. You need Custom for several companies in one database, Studio or custom code, API connections, or hosting on Odoo.sh or your own server. Not sure? We settle it in the consultation.
What is a support plan?
A prepaid bank of hours with a guaranteed first-response time. Hypercare is included after every go-live, and 10% of unused hours carry forward.
Can you take over a project another partner started?
